First time I meet joy she was very nice woman.... I meet joy at odc work with her she was very quiet and very nice to talk to her I have lunch with her everyday.... We was good friends when I was down in dump she put a smile on my face everyday ..... Everybody love work with joy .... She will be miss at the odc ..... She all put a smile on everybody face everyday..... I remember when we ride the bus we all laugh on the bus she all way have a nice smile on her face everyday ........ Rest in pace joy. We will miss you at the odc joy ...... Everybody's will be think about you everyday at work......

I am so sorry to hear about Joy. I became acquainted with her when I worked at ODC a few times. I enjoyed visiting her. She had such a quiet sweet spirit. A lovely lady. May God be very near to all her family now at such a sad time.

I worked with Joy for a short time at the ODC. She was always such a "JOY" to be greeted by in the mornings. I will never forget her sweet voice saying "Good morning Cindy". She will be very missed. I am so sorry for your loss.
