My life long dream was to become a teacher; so after our 3 children were in middle school, my husband and I went back to college. After I received my diploma, I was offered a third grade job at the Warroad Elementary School, and I excitedly accepted. I taught for 25 years and loved every experience that was offered.
Our 3 wonderful children went to college, and we're so fortunate to have 3 lovely grandchildren, which we dote upon. We enjoy their activities whenever possible.
After retiring, I had the pleasure to become employed by the Helgeson Funeral Home. I appreciate the ministry of comfort that I offer to families that have lost loved ones. What a fulfilling experience to have!.
