I am just learning of his passing.. :( I too met him through geocaching.. we are owners/co owner on one ;) on only would we go geocaching when he would show up in his little pick up camper on his speratic wild hair when ever he wanted to visits we enjoyed metal detecting and i was teaching him to use a smart phone.... as well .. :) I was wondering why he hadn't visited yet.... to the family I am sorry for the loss... :(

My deepest condolences to the family of Walt. I met Walt while geocaching and he's been a part of our group of cachers for years. I'd run into him and Monetta in the weirdest places, most of the time deep in the woods of Northern Minnesota. He was a great man and he'll be missed by everyone that knew him. RIP, Walt (aka Conniewolf).

Walter was one of first people we meet when we moved to Baudette. He was staying in a cabin at River Oaks Resort as were we. Years later there was line dancing with the Wednesday group at the American Legion and of course we meet in the oddest places while out geocaching over the years. It was fun having him as part of our lives. May Walter rest in the love and peace of Jesus.

Greetings, I met Walt at a local geocaching event, only to discover that he was from my home town. I enjoyed the many times of meeting with him at events or just when he was in the area geocaching. RIP Conniewolf!
