I wish to extend my heartfelt condolences to Rick's family. So sorry to hear of his passing. Death is such a thing. However, please find comfort in knowing that the Creator will reverse the effects of death and suffering. Rick and all of our dead loved ones will be brought back to life on a paradise earth. (Acts 24:15; Revelation 21:4,5; Psalm 37:29)

So sorry to hear about Rick. He was a classmate and friend of mine. I'll miss him stopping in at the dealership to shoot the breeze and visit. Calm gentle human, pretty rare find these days.

Rick will be missed much. He was such a likeable guy - so friendly and knowledgeable and concerned about things in the news. It was such a blessing when he frequently voiced his concern by requesting prayer for the people in the mist of the tragic circumstances whether it be weather related or racial unrest or something else. He had a compassionate heart. My sympathies to his siblings and their families. The greatest comfort we have in the time of loss is in knowing that death does not have the last word—Jesus does! And His Word declares, "I am the resurrection, and the life…Whosoever liveth and believeth in Me shall never die."

To the family,
.Please accept my sincere condolences. I have also felt your pain, I have taken comfort knowing that God . . . will wipe all tears from their eyes, and there will be no more death, suffering, crying, or pain.”—Revelation 21:3, 4 Comfort from knowing that God feels for us when we suffer. Assurance that God does not cause our problems.—James 1:13
Sincerely,
Roberta
