Just heard about Herzele's passing and wanted to extend our condolences to the entire Guenin family. The picture on her memorial page is the way we will always remember her -- that terrific smile! I remember the family breaking into a rendition of "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" at Erle's funeral. It makes me think of all of you whenever I hear it. Now the lamb and the lion are together again!

Mom and I were so sorry to learn of your mom's death. Our old neighborhood has lost so many of our parents... Memories of your mom are her smile, her work in the church, and most of all -your mom. She will be missed by many, but welcomed in

Our sincere sympathy to the family of dear Herzele. She was such a beautiful lady in so many ways. We were blessed to have her grace our home for several years with her joy and happiness. She was a ray of sunshine to our hearts and home. How she loved having the family come and gather around the piano for singing and laughing long into the night. She put her all into every song! It would take several days for her to recover from those sing-alongs. I would sometimes wonder if she would be with us the next morning! I know you have so many beautiful and fun memories of her that will last in your hearts forever and help get you through these next tough days. Pull out the Christmas fudge making video and enjoy.
