Hi! Want you to know our thoughts and prayers are with each of you. Fran was a special lady with a lot of spunk. It's too bad we lived on opposite sides of the County; I know we would have visited more had we been closer. Unfortunately with harvest, doing straw, needing to get to the St Fair next week and the demands of a dairy farmer's wife I couldn't make it to offer my condolences in person. We will sure miss Fran! Much love & hugs are sent your way from the Western part of Roseau County! Take care!!

My sympathies to your family at the loss of a remarkable woman, a real encourager. May God comfort and strengthen you! I was a student of Mrs. Brandli in International Falls, a real loser where phy ed and sports were concerned. I recall Mrs. Brandli praising my participation in a soccer game and commending my flexibility, even though I didn't have enough strength to lift myself into the gymnastics rings. Two decades later, when I finally got into a daily fitness routine, I thought of her as I ran my laps at the gym. It was her encouragement that kept me going. Thanks for sharing her with all of us students!

"Brandli," as we called her was one of my key people in my adolescence. She was a funny, smart, no nonsense, straight-talking role model. As I think about her now, I regret not having searched her out to maybe go riding and talking. What a wonderful elder she must have been. My life is better for having had her in it. Deepest sympathy to you all. Bless all our mending hearts.

I was saddened to see Mrs. Brandli's obituary on my Facebook page. It brought back so many great memories of my high school days with Fran as our phy-ed teacher. She was a role model for many, including me. Her love of family and her passion for helping others was so inspiring. I was so proud to call her my teacher....my friend. Rest in peace, my friend.

I so enjoyed Mrs. Brandli in gym class at FHS, Int'l Falls way back in early 70's. She was always encouraging and made life fun. My prayers are with her lovely family.

I met Fran and Will and their dog Timmy at St Jude Trail Ride many years ago. I enjoyed seeing them there for years. She will be greatly missed. My Sympathy to Will and her family.

and we are upholding you in prayer before our great GOD! He is our greatest Comforter, Consoler, Strength, and Peace! She gave many people memories, and one special memory that our daughter, Kallie, said was that she was a great swim teacher to her at the Warroad School and very kind, patient, caring, and helpful to teach her lessons and overcome any fear of water! She was quite a woman!
