Zachary Joseph Ernesti

Zachary J. Ernesti, of Baudette MN formerly of Buffalo MN passed away on November 29th, 2025 .

Zachary was born in Minneapolis MN on August 7th, 1986; he arrived home to Randy and Colleen Ernesti on October 27th, what was always called “Gotcha Day.” A day to celebrate!

He graduated from Buffalo High School in 2005, and went on to Ridgewater College. He had a gift of building computers, working on equipment, and fixing just about anything Zach style. He moved up to Warroad MN to be by his best friend Kyle Bakke. He fell in love with the slower lifestyle and decided to make a permanent move to Baudette MN.

He is survived by his mother Colleen Ernesti and sister Jessica (Jesse) Helgeson. Nephews: Royalty, Izaiah, Quartez (Jr.), and Cameron. Many cousins, uncles, aunts, his Baudette family and friends.

Preceded in death by his father Randy Ernesti, Grandparents Kenneth and Rozella Ernesti, Joseph and Helen Ryan, uncles and aunts.
