Terri Lynn Wentz-Bue, passed away in her home on June 25, 2026. She was born on March 29, 1954 in Duluth, MN. After graduating high school, she married her first husband, Daniel Zimmerman, and raised their four boys while traveling the country and parts of the world, where she grew her love of England and collecting ceramic dolls. She found the love of her life, Timothy Bue, later in life and spent the rest of her life in Warroad, Minnesota where she worked at Marvin Windows and Doors for 15 years, grew a love for anything outdoors, tended her many gardens and helped raise her three bonus children.
She will be remembered for her deep love for anything minion, Beanie Babies, Betty Boop, flowers, and the love that she held for her friends and family. She had an “open door” policy with anyone and never turned away a friend in need of a cup of coffee. She was a very passionate person, especially when it came to animals and would take in any stray that came onto her property and especially loved her great-grandpuppy Freya. Terri is a beautiful and kind soul and she will be deeply missed by so many.
Terri is survived by her husband, Timothy Bue; her four sons, Jason Zimmerman, Christopher Zimmerman, Aaron Zimmerman (Christi Zimmerman), and Adam Zimmerman (Amy Zimmerman); her step children, Vernon Bue, Johnathon Bue, and Bryanna Garcia; her four brothers, Mark Wentz, Mike Wentz (Carol Wentz), Bill Wentz (Nita Wentz); her 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Terri was preceded in death by her parents, Richard (Dick) Wentz and Arlene Wentz; her brother, Bruce Wentz; and one of her bonus children, Nicole Spencer.
The family thanks the hospice team and the doctors of Roseau Medical Care, Bella Zimmerman (granddaughter) and Autumn Cumpson & girls, her cleaning team, for their compassion and care.
