Ronald John Wesolowski

A Mass of Christian Burial for Ronald Wesolowski will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at 10:30am at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Warroad with a visitation an hour prior.

Ronald John Wesolowski passed away peacefully on August 17, 2023 at the age of 77 yrs.  He was born in Grafton, ND to Florian and Lusiana (Desautel) Wesolowski on November 20, 1945.  Ron attended Midway School near Ardoch, ND, graduating in 1964. After graduation he began working for Scott Farm.  He spent the following years doing “dozer” work until moving to Warroad, MN and was employed at Marvin Windows as a Maintenance Planner from 1990 until his retirement in 2018. On April 2, 1964 Ron married Sandra Muir. He was married to Mary Lou Anderson on November 1, 1975 in Crookston, MN. 

Ron was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Warroad. He enjoyed fishing and hunting when his sons were still at home and golfing was a passion of his for many years.  Ron was a master at vegetable gardening as we can all can attest to; he raised amazing gardens.

Ron is survived by his wife Mary Lou; children of Ron and Sandra- Ron, Lisa, Kimberly, Rhonda, and Spring; and the children of Ron and Mary Lou- Rick Nelson, Darian (Jennifer), Joleen Hartman and Megan Graves; sisters Carol (Ron) Bommersbach and Leona Singleton; brother-in-law Curtis (Mary) Anderson and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Preceding Ron in death are his parents, brothers Floyd and Norman; sisters Eloise Woinarowicz, Donna Kovar, Lucille Gerszewski; nephew Norman Jr.; father and mother-in-law Ernest and Louise Anderson and a very special little doggie, Sheba.
