Mary Lou Bourman

A Funeral Service for Mary Lou Bourman will be held at Zion Lutheran Church in Warroad on Friday, June 17, 2022 at 2:00pm with a visitation an hour prior. There will also be a visitation the night before at Helgeson Funeral Home in Warroad from 5:00-7:00pm with a prayer service at 7:00pm. 

Mary Lou Bourman of Warroad, MN passed away on May 28, 2022. She was 63 years old.

Mary was born December 19, 1958 in Aitkin, MN to Paul and Ada (Bolduc) Berg. She and Allen Bourman were married on December 23, 1976 in Warroad, MN.  Sadly, Allen passed away on January 21, 2022.

Mary attended school in Warroad, graduating from Warroad High School. Over the years she worked at the Patch Motel and Marvin Windows and Doors.

Mary enjoyed Christmas Eve Dinners with Allen, the kids, and the grandchildren. She loved spending time with her dog, Bentley, and deer hunting with Allen. Harvesting and canning vegetables from her garden also brought Mary enjoyment.

Mary is survived by her sons Shawn (Jeannie) and Robert; grandchildren Austyn, Hannah, Moryah, Ethan, and Natalise; mother-in-law Arlene Bourman; brothers Jack Berg, Carl (Kris) Berg, Jerry Fish; sisters Bonnie (Ben) Howe and Sheila (Boris) Lubiansky; sister-in-law Vicky Tuorila (Allen); brothers-in-law Duane (Lisa) Bourman and Tim (Sharon) Bourman; special cousin Elaine Durbin; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Ada Berg; father-in-law John Bourman; husband Allen; sons Allen Jr. and Shane; nephews Jonathan Bourman and Matthew Bourman.
