Mark Duane Welte

Mark Welte, 69, of Roseau MN, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2025. 

Born on October 3, 1956 , Mark was the beloved child of Joan (Skrutvold) and Duane Welte.  He found joy in listening to music, as well as going for walks outside and collecting Star Wars memorabilia. 

Mark is survived by his mother Joan Welte, his siblings, Susan and Craig Toda, Kent Welte, Jane Welte, and Bruce Welte.  Mark is preceded in death by his father Duane and his grandparents.

We would like to thank the people at Oakcrest for the exemplary care they gave Mark.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mark will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
