Elvira B. Lindegren

Memorial services will be held Saturday, July 25, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Helgeson Funeral Home in Roseau; with Pastor Todd Erickson officiating.

On June 4,2020 Elvira B. Lindegren left us to join those loved ones who went before her. She was born into a large family in Frankfurt Germany in 1929 and came to the United States as a young bride.

In her 90 years, she raised 8 children, encouraging them to be strong individuals and conquer adversity as she had. She was known for her strength, loving heart and fierce independence. Her fun-loving nature will always be remembered. She was a wonderful cook and phenomenal baker, known for her sweet rolls and potato salad.

Her many grandchildren and great grandchildren loved her playfulness. She made each one feel special and cherished.

She is survived by 2 sons, 4 daughters, multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 daughters, 2 sons in law, a special daughter in law and a great grandchild.
