Daniel "Danny" Mark Anderson

Daniel “Danny” Anderson of Badger passed away on February 8, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family.

Daniel Mark Anderson was born on October 24, 1959 in Minneapolis, MN to Dale and Dorothy (Edwardson) Anderson. He went to Area Vocational Technical Institute where he studied Carpentry and got a Degree in Occupational Proficiency in May of 1979. Danny worked as a Farmer in a Dairy Operation for most of his life and at Polaris from 2004-2006. He was a member of Rose Free Lutheran Church in Roseau.

Danny loved camping, biking, trapping, hunting, fishing, boating, riding horses, driving around looking at fields, and spending time with his children. He loved golfing and Danny got a hole in one on August 11, 1990 at the Oak Crest Golf Club in Roseau at the Polaris Scramble.

Danny was preceded in death by his father, Dale Anderson on February 17, 2014 and his mother, Dorothy Anderson on May 22, 1986.

Danny is survived by his siblings, Dave Anderson of Charleston, SC, Diane Pellegrini of Charleston, SC, Dolleen Anderson (friend, Kel Iverson) of Grafton, ND; children, Tara, Hanna, Joshua Anderson of Roseau; stepmother, Ethel Kay Anderson of Badger; and her son, Laverne (Bernie) Brazier; and Nieces, Nicole Pellegrini of Arizona, Noel Pellegrini of Charleston; and nephew, Nicholas Pellegrini of Vermont.

A Special Thanks is extended to the Senior Center in Roseau, Social Service (Lynette and Krista), LifeCare Medical Center and Hospice Staff, and Carol's Cedar Cellar.

A Funeral Service for Daniel "Danny" Anderson of Badger will be held at Rose Free Lutheran Church in Roseau on February 15, 2023 at 11:00am with a visitation a hour prior.
