Carl "Leroy" Frolander

It is with sadness and regret that we share the news of the passing of our brother Carl “LeRoy” Frolander, on December 29, 2025, in Guangzhou China. We will recall him as a smiling, happy-go-lucky, people pleaser that most will remember with fondness and, hopefully, a smile.

LeRoy entered the Navy right out of high school and served our country for 10 years. Upon being discharged, he spent time in Texas, Nevada, California and China.

He is survived by his wife, a son and daughter, two brothers and two sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
