Brian will be sorely missed. There are few players that have impacted me in coaching the way BK did. Brian taught me the true meaning of a "team" player. Often as coaches we talk about this important role but rarely have the chance to experience it in a meaningful way. BK joked to me numerous times after his playing days at Northland, how he probably was at least an "All-State" player after backing up an "All-American" at 2B for two years. I will miss BK. He respectfully called me "Coach" whenever I would see him. I will always be thinking of BK as my role model whenever I address my players regarding playing their role or being a good team-mate, Thank you Tom and Carole for allowing BK to be such an influence in my life. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I was very saddened to hear of Brian's passing. Brian always was welcoming with a smile and jovial in nature (just like his picture). GOD is your greatest Comforter and may HIS peace and love envelope you in greater depth now and in the days, months and years ahead. Lean on people, GOD's word and the promises found there. His promise of life eternal found in Christ alone! Brian knew that! Our hearts ache for you and words don't seem adequate to comfort and relieve the pain and shock you feel. We will continue to uphold you in prayer before our almighty and eternal and merciful GOD in Jesus' name!
