A Mass of Christian burial for Bill Sargent of Warroad will be held on Thursday, October 8, at 2:00 PM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Warroad, MN with visitation one hour prior to the service following MN State Covid-19 Guidelines with distancing and face coverings. Military Honors will be provided by the Warroad American Legion. Interment will be at St. Mary’s Catholic in Warroad, MN.

Bill Sargent passed away Sunday, October 4, at the age of 80.

Bill grew up in Warroad, he is preceded in death by his parents and siblings. Bill will be missed dearly by his niece Natalie, life long friends Bob and Linda, his "kyds", "grand & great grand kyds", as well as special friends in Pine City, MN, Washington State and South Carolina. Bill made friends wherever he went, he helped anyone in need. Bill was also a friend of "Bill W." and on September 10, 2020, Bill completed 40 years of sobriety!
