Barbara Lillian Johnson passed away on January 10, 2021, at her home in Badger, MN. She was 74.

Barb was born on November 1, 1946, in LaCrosse, WI, the daughter of Charles and Lillian Johnson. She grew up in Milwaukie, OR.

After high school Barb attended Business College for two years in Grand Forks, ND. She worked as a nurse’s aide when she was younger and at Northwest Community Action for the energy assistance program. She volunteered as a VITA tax aide preparer for twelve years, was a senior medical travel driver for eight years and played Santa’s Elf for the NWCA Youth Intervention program.

She loved her houseplants and flower beds, feeding the birds, training her beloved dogs, and was a serious gamer of video games. She loved everything Elvis and this prompted her daughter, Carla, to take her on a trip to Graceland in Memphis, TN.

Barb is survived by her son Gary (Carol) Tillberg; daughter Carla (Richard) Sunsdahl; grandchildren Zachary (Kassi) Tillberg, Garrett Anhorn, Brody Anhorn, Logan Sunsdahl; partner Bill Palmer; and brother Eddie Johnson. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Toni and brother Chuck.
