Ann M. Butler

A Funeral Service for Ann M. Butler of Roseau, MN will be held on Friday, May 10, 2024 at 2:00PM at Helgeson Funeral Home in Roseau, MN. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral. Interment will take place at Hope Cemetery following the service. 

Ann Marie Butler passed away peacefully with her family by her side on April 29, 2024, at the age of 81. Ann was born on January 7, 1943 to Vernon and Daphne Ackerland in her beloved hometown of Roseau, MN, where she spent her entire life. As a dedicated mother, Ann devoted her life to raising and providing for her children, Michelle Olson and Michael Triplett. Her love for reading, tending to flowers, caring for her cats, and basking in the sun brought her immense joy throughout her years.

Ann graduated from Roseau High School in 1961. She worked various jobs but was most known for her unwavering love for her family. A compassionate soul, Ann will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents and numerous aunts and uncles.

Ann is survived by her children, Michelle (Tom) Olson, Michael Triplett; sister, Gaye Deutsch; nephews, Steven Deutsch, Stuart Deutsch.
