Obituary
Allan Kastner, age 75, of Bemidji, MN and formerly of McIntosh, MN, passed away on Sunday, April 9th, at Sanford Bemidji Medical Center. There will be no services at this time. Allan was born on May 7, 1947 in Onamia, Minnesota to parents Elmer and Eleanor (Sehlin) Kastner.
Allan received a bachelor’s degree in natural resources. He was a law enforcement officer for a number of years employed as both a Minnesota State Patrol officer and as a Customs Agent at the U.S.-Canada border. After his retirement from the patrol, he was a substitute teacher on the Red Lake reservation in the area of living skills.
He is survived by cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
