A Funeral Service for Patricia J. Landin of Warroad, MN will be held on Monday, July 29, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Warroad Baptist Church in Warroad, MN. A private family visitation will be held on Sunday, July 28, 2019 at 7 PM at the Warroad Baptist Church. Public Visitation will be held on Monday one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be held at Riverside Cemetery in Warroad, MN. 

Patricia Joanna Landin of Warroad, Minnesota, passed away peacefully into the arms of her Savior and Lord on Wednesday, July 24th, 2019, at the age of 80 years.

Pat was born on May 6th, 1939. She grew up and went to school in Warroad until she married her beloved Henry at 16 years old and moved to Arizona with him. She excelled at being a military wife, tackling each new move over the years with precision, and efficiency, while also being a mother to 3 children. Pat was very proud of the fact that she received her high school diploma in her early 30’s, after attending evening school to finish her education.  After 22 years as a military wife her and Henry settled back down to live out their days in Warroad. She had various jobs throughout the years. Pat was very involved in and passionate about her church. She was actively involved in the missions and women’s ministries, women’s bible studies and a well-known prayer warrior. No matter what Pat put her mind to, she did it with excellence, adding her knack for creativity and exceptional hospitality. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend and church family member to all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry and son, Craig, as well as her parents, Edith and Everett Battles, 3 brothers, a sister, and various other loved ones.

She is survived by her brother, James (Barbara) Battles and sister, Marie Nash, 2 daughters, Brenda (Steve) Yanok, and Teresa (William) Broullire, 12 grandchildren; Benjamin, Stephanie, Kristen, Holly, Joseph, Trina, Dana, William II, Darline, Nadine, Ronaldine, and Rivalda, and 21 great-grandchildren
