My heart is so heavy with the loss of Lila. She and George were our family when we lived in Badger. The boys still refer to her as Grandma Lila. Rest in peace dear Lila. You will forever be in our memories and live in our hearts. Love, the Trisko's

When we both taught at Badger, I remember great conversations with Lila during school days. Her cheerful, pleasant ability to engage everyone in conversation was a gift. When riding the bus to school in Roseau, after an over-night stay at the Bumgartner's farm, Lila was a great conversationalist with younger kids as well as everyone on the bus.
