Joy P. Wynne

Memorial services for Joy Pamela Wynne of Badger, MN will be held Friday, October 25, at 5:00 p.m. at the Baptist Church in Badger, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Joy Pamela Wynne passed away at her home on October 5, 2019 at the age of 69. She was born in Minneapolis, MN, on January 23, 1950, to Joel and Lorene (Nelson) DeVall. Joy attended school in Minneapolis, graduating from Roosevelt High School in 1968.

Over the years she had several jobs working as a self-taught chef and doing production work. She retired in the late 90’s. She loved to cook and enjoyed volunteering for the Meals on Wheels program. When her daughters were young they would sit on a blanket and look at the stars and she taught them all of the constellations.

Joy is survived by her daughter, Angela Wynne; grandchildren Garytt and TyAnn Banta, DeLane Wojciechowski, Vladimere Olson; great-grandchildren Naomi and Autumn Turpitt; sisters Sherry Leinum and Joan Banta. She was preceded in death by her parents Joel and Lorene DeVall; daughter Andrea Wynne; siblings Dorene Bottom and Joel DeVall; aunt Bonita Nelson.
