Jeffrey Alan Tiedemann

Jeffrey Alan Tiedemann of Baudette, MN, formerly of Breezy Point and Lisbon, Iowa passed away at Lakewood Care Center in Baudette, MN at the age of 61 on February 12, 2024. He had a very long battle with cerebral amyloid angiopathy.  Jeffrey was born on October 3, 1962 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Bernard and Marilyn (Hoffman) Tiedemann.  

He graduated from Lisbon High School in Lisbon, Iowa, completed his firefighter certification and then became a certified electrician. He worked for Hali-Bright Inc. as an Electrical Technician and Traveling Technician and was head of maintenance and grounds at Northern Tool and Equipment until he retired. Jeffrey and Lynnette (Kleineck) were married June 1, 1985 in Mt. Vernon, Iowa at St. John's Catholic Church.

In his youth Jeffrey served as a volunteer firefighter.  He enjoyed spending time with family, he loved being with his children and being a grandfather.  In his spare time he enjoyed working in his garage, woodworking, cooking, fishing, spending time outdoors and time spent with his loving wife.  He attended Cornerstone Assembly of God Church in Baudette.

Jeffrey is survived by his children Emily, Timothy (wife Brittany, children Avril and Henryk), Daniel (wife Cassandra), Benjamin (children Zachary and Bailey) and Bradley (wife Mary). Jeffrey was preceded in death by his wife Lynette on February 11, 2024.
