So very sorry to hear about Joyce. We have many good memories of our fishing trips to Long Point. She certainly was a "pistol" and that's what we will remember about her! She left a lasting legacy. Sympathies to all the family.

I was so sorry to hear about Mrs. Berggren. My deepest condolences to her family. Joyce has left behind many precious memories and she will be dearly missed. May your memories of her bring you comfort as the days and years pass by and you return to life's routine. May God grant you peace during this sad time. 2 Thessalonians 3:16; John 6:40; John 17:3.

I have such fond memories of Aunt Joyce. Having grown up in NJ, Lake of the Woods was frontier land to me. I loved visiting and knowing that part of my family called it home. I had such deep respect for Joyce, especially having Uncle Russell die at such an early age and still carrying on raising her family and managing the resort. She was one of the strongest ladies I know. She will be greatly missed. I hope Bruce and I can make it in June. Our thoughts are with everyone.

So sorry for your loss, she was a wonderful woman. I know that Mom and Dad enjoyed their time at the lake and the friendship they had with Joyce. Although Dad is gone now, Mom often mentions the times spent at the lake and the times spent helping Joyce clean the cabins. Joyce will be greatly missed.

I haven't seen you for such a long time but I was a long time friend. Will always remember you. We would always drive out to the lake and see you. Russ was still alive then. My husband, Harold Evenson and I. We had some fun times together. Always remembered when you bowled with my mother-in-law, Florence Evenson. That seems so long ago. Will always remember the fun times.
